Saw this on the news this morning, I guess people were using capital ave to street racing durning the Holiday weekend since downtown was empty for the last 2 days.
na he dead instantly i was out side on babcock st an wat i hate is they always blame racing my boy was at the intersection an he came alone he could have been drinkin but there was no other car for him 2 race
