No, he is talking about the Exit 11 lot in newtown. You cant hang out there. Staties sit in there all the time and the newtown cops roll through every now and then too..It will be considered loitering.

idk there is a commuter lot we used to all hang at in seymour off exit 20 i think on rt 8 noone ever bothered us it was outta the way and we respected it cops came threw everyso often just to make sure noone was messin the place up but they were content with us there
