Best Buy car show ideas!!!

alright so my job gave me the ok to partner up with relay for life (all proceeds will go to them) and throw a car show at the meriden best buy location,i have room for about 5 classes having 20-25 cars each class(i have the whole sears parking garage if your wondering where we'll fit lol) i want ppl's input on the entry fee's and prize give aways (please be seious about this) heres what i have so far...

5 classes
vip
american
euro
import
domestic

entry fee 100$
1st place payout 800$
2nd place 300$
3rd place 100$
we'll also include trophys,the set date is aug 5 1-5pm giving everyone enough time to prep in the am.I will be posting threwout all the forums etc to make this big n if the turn out is good im given the ok for a annual show...lmk your input ppl

Is this payout for each classes? Or just overall?

Payout: 1st place $800, 2nd place $300, 3rd place $100
Classes: Vip, american, euro, import, domestic

IMO $50 to enter sounds better, lol.

If the entry stays 100$ then yes 800 for each 1st place winner within there class

Tru,I said the same thing but when u take other things into account like insurance for that day on the property, hiring police for security (which is mandatory) shit adds up...

Good shit,I still need honest bias judges for the event but so far i'm hearing lower entry fee which in return mean lower prize money but w/e n more classes like best bay, best stance etc?? Keep em comin

I say cut the entry fee and prize money in half, more people will show and be willing to participate. Raffle off prizes with the entry fee tickets or free food and drinks. Not everybody is baller enough to pretty much donate $100
