do a meet/show. do it like once a month or something and charge like $5-$10 to get in. That way you can pay a cop to be there. Really and truely ive helped friends with car shows and that seems to work. most of these "crooked cops" will take the extra change plus put extra money in you and your staff pockets. Everyone will take it a lil more seriously if they have something to prove car wise.( best paint, rims, system, engine setup etc.) just my .02
