Meriden Mall has a nice sized garage, your best bet would be to do it after mall hours, so it doesn't interfere with normal mall operations, and call the mall management and ask them if you can hold a meet of the sorts, or just get in touch with someone that's cool in the security office and tell them, it was a pain in the neck when I set up the meet for fast five that flopped cuz I missed the time to meet with security to get the lot all because of the stupid cops and for no reason at all I plead not guilty and they nollyed the ticket anyways that would be your best bet
