I made two seperate threads.

this one if for the racers so they can get there early and organize.. the other thread is for the spectators so they can sleep in.

well if people wanna run their cars they have to get there on time (8:00AM)

spectators dont really need to show up until (10:00AM) So i made seperate rollout threads, they have different departure/arrival times in them.
