Walmart Hands down best spot! think about it. Place is on a raised up plaza way oput of sight of the road.. Open late, We can all walk in and spilt up if the po po come in, West haven cops dont give a crap and its just the best place period!

dude first of all there is no such thing as a "203 cartel" meet and 2nd of all im not a member of anything, what cuz i hang out with kids who had a sticker on their car im in a so called gang or club, nah bro you def got it twisted. Ive organized these because me and my friends want a place to go all the time where "cool" ass dudes just wanna chill with thier cars and bull************ and take pics, THATS IT!
