ok so im having problems with my transmission on my 08 SI first reverse grinds and its really hard to get into gear or get out of gear it does not matter the engine speed its still hard i have to put a lot of force into it and second gear grinds at high rpm s. has anyone had this problem ??

Sounds like your clutch isn't completely disengaging which is actually kinda common in your vehicle. There's 2 nuts under your clutch pedal which can adjust the distance your clutch seperates from the flywheel when the clutch pedal is pressed. If you do decide to try and adjust it, make sure that you do it in very small increments cause your clutch will in turn let out a little bit later. There'sprobably a writeup on it somewhere on google. Weak motor mounts also make it hard to shift so you might wanna check those out too
