I read it can be done but would need to run both the the accord ECU as well as the TSX ECU? Is it even worth it for a 40-50hp gain?

k24a4 (accord motor) have low compression pistons (9.7:1) as oppose to the k24a2 compression 10.5:1.
I'd either replace the stock pistons and get the k20a2 head, or just get a k24a2 longblockNHBP Dc5

Hey all, thanks again for the advice.
Picking up the Kpro kit from K-tune in next couple months cost a lot more than expected. So have to save up a little bit more. 1820$
Called Dave's and he is a really cool dude. So looking at like 2500$ for this project. Thats about eats up all my spending $ for this year.
What would a ball part figure of getting:
1.) Pistons installed?
2.) Type S head install.
When I try searching forums people just say "a lot of money" "$$$" "better have deep pockets" which really doesnt help me budget to get the work done. haha.
@Kerby
I cant send my ECU to Honda due to the fact that the ECU is locked down. That is kinda the reason why the kpro kit cost so much for my car because I have to get a Dual harness. Kinda sucks.

yea that is also true, but in the end ill will probably end up keeping this car. The resale value on parts is such a turn off haha. My headlights and fogs likes alone costed 800$ I will probally only see 1/2 back if im lucky.
So I will move forward with the K-pro this summer and then take the next step from there.
