Its a really difficult swap and there hasnt been many done but the owner of hasport owns a riced out silver and blue k swapped accord and it made good track times.

It will require alot of custom fab work so i hope you have a full shop at your disposal.

theres not much custom work at all other than removing the passanger mount bracket which is done with a few drills and a die grinder. Then you just weld it with a small welding tank and your good. Not much custom work. Aftermarket parts yes i can agree with that

Im a bit confused cause Hasport makes a sub-harness that connects to the RSX-S engine harness, consisting of a couple of shock tower plugs and a cabin plug. The loose wires need to be connected to the Accord's ECU plugs. But first of all with this swap your not using the accord ecu im going to use the type-s ecu out of a 04 type-s kpro. So i dont get it...can anyone clear it up a bit cause im lost lol

So they make a subharness so your good! Is pretty much plug and play from there.don't worry about the accord ecu wiring bcuz you don't use it, the subharness plugs into a socket behind your fuse box then the other end plugs into your k-series ecu there is gonna be a few loose wires left from the subharness those splice into your accord ecu wire harness and that should be it. Its not that hard

oh ok cool thanks this swap sounds more and more simple as i hear different things. The only problem is i hate cutting and splicing existing wires.

Trust I was gonna pay someone too wire my car for the k swap untill I read the instructions to the subharness I only had to splice 4 wires and the car started

ok so the subharness has instructions that tells you which wires to splice?
