'97 prelude jdm h22a

I have a 97' prelude with a jdm h22a. I getting a check engine code for p0141. bank 1 sensor 2 (o2 sensor). I replaced it with an autozone one and reset the code it was a failure. I called HONDA and gave them the vin and the vehicle has Cali emission so the O2 sensor cost $350. I went to autopart international to buy a different sensor and appeared to be different and the guy said that the federal sensor was the same sensor. I beginning to think there may be some wiring issues but am unclear. Please help me out CTV.

i say run to napa auto part and pick up a ntk sensor if autopart international sell ntk exchange it and see, there all the same shit tho but the cat is deff i beileve
