91 accord clutch problem

hey ctvtec my 91 accord had a clutch master cylinder leak so clutch pedal went to the floor after loosing all the fluid i bought a need master cylinder, now came the bleeding part after numerous pump at the clutch the pedal is really soft and is not building any pressure and it has to be pulled back up with the hand, we checked for leaks and its all good in that aspect, has anybody done this before and ran into a problem like im having now, need your help guys

Did you bleed it before you installed it...if not pull it out put it in a vice fill it and should take about 3 pumps with a screwdriver before you cant pump it again...then install it and bleed it that should do it
