  • 96 accord crank no start batt. light flashing

so i replaced a cylinder head on a 96 accord due to bent valves the car ran when i it had bent valves but ran rough so i replaced the head. now i try and start it im getting a crank no start and ever so often itll skip like it wants to start i think all my grounds are good i charged the batt. over night and everything timings good.the only thing is the spark plug wires where it contacts the spark plug is caked with oil....if anyone could help out i gotta get this car on the road thanks ctv

I would start by cleaning that oil that is caked in there. It happened to my old accord a long time ago. The gaskets got old and the oil got through into there and the car wouldn't start
