F23A4 to F23A1 swap?

Whats good guys, I'm about to pull the motor in my 00' Accord and boost it. Instead of rebuilding, I was just gonna pick up another motor since mines got 240k on it. Question is, since I have a F23a4, will my harness and ecu work on a F23a1? I heard that if you switch the header and intake from the A4 to the A1 that it will work all as it should. Whats the word?

Yes. This engine was used in the 1998-2002 Honda Accord ULEV models. It is similar to theF23A1, but features ULEV certification with a slight reduction of power: 148 hp150tq. This engine has a different exhaust manifold, a more restrictive intake manifold and cylinder head, and a 32-bit ECU which uses a wideband oxygen sensor when compared to the F23A1.
