Do h22 & h23 use same headers?

I have an h22 turbo, im buying a new exhaust manifold but the one i like is for h23, and it says it wont fit on the h22 base engine. Is that right?

H23 and f22a have the same manifold pattern. H22 are closer to a b series but not the same
