eg fluid nightmare just begun

Long story short last week my daughter put some Lucas tranny slip oil in the engine because some dumb kid at advance told her she needed it and gave her the wrong kind. So since last wednesday she has been driving the car like this til I noticed the bottle in her backseat and asked her about this morning.

My question is how fucked is the engine. I've drove it last night and didnt notice a whole difference but i dont know much honestly. My worry is that it's going to eat through the seals and cause havok. let me know ctv.

just drain the oil and put in the usual oil you use and the oil additive from lucas

Just drain the oil and replace it and forget about it.

If anything there's a old myth that tranny fluid cleans engines out so I'm sure it helped somehow

You good do a couple flush and fills with cheap oil.. Lol and yes I heard that myth about tranny oil in the engine

What everyone else is saying. Drain it put some motor oil in new filter and after 1500 miles change it again then u should be fine after that. And it is a myth that tranny fluid cleans ur engine I never tried it but u can tell us lol
