  • Replacing Radiator help

I'm gonna be changing my radiator on my 99 Prelude soon cause of leakage. It's an automatic H22A4, so will this job be as simple as draining my coolant/ antifreeze, taking out my radiator and replacing it. Or is there anything more specific I should worry about? Tips, advice, experience all welcomed, no BS it's a simple job I know but I've never had to replace a radiator -.-

    Thanks CTV!

bleeding it is simple; when your done installing radiator fill it up w 50/50 mix antifreez/h20. then with the radiator cap OFF run the engine with your climate control set to heat on blast and keep topping off the radiator everytime it burps (bubbles pop up). then when the engine is good and warm and theres good heat coming out the vents of the dash then top off the radiator 1 more time and put the radiator cap on and BINGO your radiator is bled. be sure to take the car for a ride after and verify that it doesnt overheat............

BTW do yourself a favor and get a new radiator cap too. you should always replace the cap when you replace the radiator;)
