you probably got a h23a1 header by accident, that i know for a fact has a different bolt pattern and different port sizes.

The best flowing headers are definitely the Bisimoto headers, don't know the actual gains but they are certainly a lot better then any stock ones. Only problem is they run for about $1000. Here is the link though http://bisimoto.com/store/index.php?..._9_103_105_108

deff not true lmaoo... how is a header thats like 2 or 2.25 inch better for flow??? that bitch is being choked up h22 is a big motor u have to let them breath well to get good power gains

Anything else is str8 garbage.
listen to this man he knows his shyt about h22's but there are a couple other headers that he failed to mention that r good headers but beat bang for the buck are deff hytec reps and rmf reps... i have the hytec rep's (tri-y u can find them anywhere from 300-400 ... i like the headers they do me GOOD...

deff h23 headers , if the holes on the header are spread further apart than the h22 manifold bolts.
