h23a vtec swap wont run need help

So what ecu should I be using

honestly, i would use a p28 chipped with hondata s300

Every thing is dead on check 5 times to the best if my knowledge it right and yes keeps getting flooded plugs get soaked

I did the swap according to how people have done it I looked every where and I haven't seen anyone with this problem

First start status son what lol firing order was fucked up car starts and reading cel p1361 I think its the cps and tdc sensors Idk will check it out gonna call Honda and see what they think car is surging at 3000 rmps

P1361 is: Intermittent Interruption In TDC 1 Sensor Circuit
Check the out the TDC sensor, connector 124 (gray and on the distributor) check power and grounds. It's missing signal from the TDC sensor in the distributor and causing a misfire.
