need p28 chipped for h23 vtec

I have a 1998 prelude that I did a h23 swap and now have a stock p28 and jumper harness looking to get it mapped to a h22 or h23 does anyone do this local for cheaper than 150 bucks cause that's how much Chrome cost or does anyone have a chipped ecu for sale lmk thanks
