This requires drilling and welding to the head, not very cost effective if you are looking for a simple power gain. You are much better off just swapping a complete h22.

x2 i know you have to weld shut a few oil passages but from what i heard you just dont make any real power, here are a few links from cb7tuner.com...this kinda swap most people call G22
The power gains are very minimal unless you are very experienced and plan on doing a full turbo build. Even then you are better off just doing a full build on a complete f22 or a complete h22, it will cost a lot less and it will be much more reliable

I found this article that says diffrent, the guy used K pistons on stock f block and few other nic naks and made good power witout breaking the bank....BUT this guy knew what he was doing.
yea there are a few guys on cb7tuner.com that have done g22 builds and have made good power but they are very experienced engine builders. for example: LoDollar built a g22 turbo setup and runs over 500whp on a daily driver.
Yea Lodollar is in one of the links I posted, I personally never seen one but I do have a friend who did one but its boosted so as far n/a I wouldn't be able to help much.... lol by the way I think the op gave up once he saw all the work that needs to be done,
Another alternative, jdm f22b swap would be nice ( that's what I have) plug n play and only for $500-$600
