h motor question???

well i was looking at some motors and i wanted to know the main performance different between an h22a nd a h22a4 , i mean cause dont they both make the same power?

the h22a4 is a 55mm main bearing and h22a pre-98 is 50mm main bearing the obd2 has i think .2 more compression and obd1 is closed deck.
