witch is better for a h22 swap

i was looking at 2 car and was wondering witch car would be better for a h22 swap i plan to do in the future the first one is a 1998 civic ex or a 1994 integra rs? witch one would be faster and witch would be an easyer swap?

the honda civic weighs more so acura should be faster but u would have to wire some things like the vtec and knock sensor the civic has them wired already
