f22b1 turbo???

Hey guys whats up im am a new member and so far i love the site, and im really looking forward to coming to a meet and getting a sticker asap, but anyway i was looking for a turbo for my 94 Accord f22b1 and i found one by Turbonetics(might be spelled wrong) and the package was about $4,000, is this about right??? jus for a turbo kit this seems a bit expensive, i mean if its all gonna be worth it as far as reliability then im all for it and because i dont plan to ever sell the car so, i know ill get my money worth as i wanna make this a serious life-time project car.
