  • what would i need to do this swap......

    93 lude 2.3 into a 97 ek coupe......
    all i got is the long block
    and a auto wire harrness
    i want to go with the 2.2 tranny
    what else do i need

                    are you going h2b or just h if ur goin straight h u need h series axels and your gonna need to shave your frame where the tranny goes nd if you go h2b your gonna need to shave the back on the block for the axel to fit..if goin h2b you should buy the evolution kit its more expensive the qsd but worth the money and if its goin into a ek coupe u need 2 extend the alternator wires the all you need 4 the harness but i suggest getting a ek manual harness nd extender the alternator wires by 2 feet so it can go over the motor

                      lol...use your existing harness that came in your car...you will just need to extend a few wires. mounts, t bracket and axle for a H. and just get yourself a h22 tranny, unless you want to go h2b but thats sumthing diff...although waaaay better.

                      oh and get a obd2a conversion harness so that you can run obd1 ecu
