one way to check the headgasket is take the oil cap off nd see if its creamy white also check ur dipstick 2 see if its also white your problem could be as simple as a giant air pocket ive seen it happen b4 go to a place tht does cooling system flushings because they do it with a machine the takes all the air out...i work at valvoline so i do it all myself....nd dont put water in the radiator its never good regardless of what people claim they make coolant for a reason
