you just changed your o2 sensors? Don't tell me you went with some "no-name" brand or even worse Bosch.. I've dealt with/seen while working at Honda faulty brand new Bosch sensors(brought in by the customer of course), which would give a very sluggish acceleration situation.
Make friends with somone at a local Honda dealership and hook it up to the HDS, do a full scan of your sensors.

My bad egr off and I did that moved the dizzy back all the way and it pills hard now I smoked a mazda 3 3 times on the high way tonite
