h22 eg axle

ok so my boy has a h22 in his eg hatch and he is having vibrations comming from his drivers side axle any idea he is using a 93 integra axle and the strut when the axles moves goes up and down

95 civic ex - 13 to 1 compression 1.6 single jingle
