avid mounts suck!!!

i have avid mount in my ek to swap the h swap in and i have nothing but axel problems on the instructions with the mounts it tells you to use the accord half shaft with 90-93 integra axels i put brand new axels in and whenever i turn to the right the left axel binds!!! WTF!!! does any body have problems with these mounts???

I did then I just got swap axles. mine used to bind in turns and over long dips

Deff not the mounts those things work great. get the swap axles like Dave did and you will run into no problems.

actually I have avid mounts and it does kind of sound like the left axle makes a grinding kind of noise if i turn left or hit a dip. i thought it was my fender liner yanked it out didnt make a difference they are brand new too started right when the swap was put in. I dont get it though what do these mounts have to do with the axles?

it is tru when yo put h22 in civics the axles will never be perfect unless you get swap axles...the idea for accord halfshaft da axles is just the best fit...but it is deff not your mounts that make that problem...get the swap axles and you'll be set...g/l

we used the avid mounts once on an eg coupe with da axles and it worked fine no axle bind

problem fixed! if you closely look at the motor it sits higher on the driver side i stuck shims between the avid mount and the motor mount and lowered the motor and there is no more problems!

idk about workin great mounts sit the motor a little crooked IM mounts or hasports with matching swap axles going to run u like atleast 700 but worth every penny i love how my h22 eg drove with innovative mouths with the matchin innovative swap axles! and motor sit perfect
