  • anyway to test a distributor?

I posted a few days ago thinking it was an oil issue...now that I ran all my test I'm pretty sure its the dizzy...I no they do alternators and stuff at autozone but I'm pretty sure they don't test dizzys...are there any tricks to find out if its the distributor?

Ahh yes how stupid of me to forget that test....what I want to no is assuming there's no spark or little spark....how do u no what needs to be replaced in the dizzy...like the cap and rotor or the ignition coil...or the whole thing....because if I can only spend say 30 on replacing the cap and coil instead of 200 for the whole thing it would really help

go get a shop manual and a multimeter, all the diagnostic tests are spelled out for you in the honda manual
