your crank pulley hits the crossmember? wtf. post a pic. do you have the right mounts? From my guess the only pulley i would think of possibly hitting would be the alternator pulley not the crank pulley.

my bad is the sway bar link tha go connected to the crossmember bar

ahh yea I had the same problem. The dude before me actually cut the end of the pulley off. I wouldn't do that. Just buy an aftermarket crank pulley. Be carefull, if that bar snaps your wheel goes crazy. No fun to drive!
