I figuered that i post this thread up to let u know about this scammer and so that u guys wont go through what i went through..basically i purchased a set of pistons off automotivepro(jmoperations aka javier molina)on ebay ..1st he sent me the wrong product,,so i called him up and explain the situation..he said no problem just send them back and pay a difference of $50 for full floating option..i agreed and proceeded to send him the old pistons and pay for the difference through paypal..so ,,,its been like 3 weeks and im here with no pistons or no money back and all i keep hearing from paypal(@sswholes)and people's bank ,,is that im past the 45 day limit so they cant get me my money back..so as days go by and more stressfull i get since the build is on it's way but the pistons is whats stoping the who entire build to be done(ls v turbo)..so yesterday i was in a jorney and decided to call everyone (paypal,peoples,and a$$whole)i managed to get $50 back and that's it..so i thought to my self and said >>how can i get this guy back and get him where it hurts???and i saw i bulb...lol...i found a website where he sells all his products(skunk 2,password jdm ,etc)and i posted my situation and his information as a scammer..in the next few minutes i recieved a call,,guess from who???yup it worked and im going to get my pistons and $50 more back and he wanted to play hard ball so he got hit with a bat and will loose alot of clients and$$$$..so next time people decide to visit his store they will think twice thanx to me.............................................(we bsite is from puerto rico and he's from puerto rico and he's lucky he solved the matter b4 i would have had to take the trip to go see him.................

yup i know who you are talking about his problem is that he takes in too many orders at ounce him and his girl cant handle all the selling there doin dude makes mad money on the net he's everywere. so what part of the island do you come from?

Well if dan says he gets backed up then maybe he was just so busy that he was trying not to fcuk up with other people as well i mean if he's giving you $50 and the pistons and you already got $50 back that equals $100 refund so i dont see how he scammed you? :confused: i dont see why your bashing him when you made out better then you would have give the man a break if he didnt drop everything and only take care of one customer ( you )

its not about bashing any 1..its what i had to do in order to receive my dam product...i have only received $50 and its because og my bank getting it for me..he said that he would refund money back and nothing yet..personally i dont care about getting over on anything...all i want is my pistons....so basically if it wasnt for me making mooves and doing what i had to do ,,,i wouldnt receive sh!t...

N e wayz...i tell people to take it how they want to take it..it's a learning experience that i would not want to go through again or 2 see anyone else go through it 2..just keep your eyes open ..and remember that if you buy from automotive ,,,its a 50% that u will receive anything at all..check out his ebay feedbacks(negative)..yes he is a powerseller but also tricks alot of people..and if he tells u one day then it should arrive at your home on that week but u might not see it till a month or not at all!!!!!!!

you do have a point on waiting all of that time g/l on gettin them pistons but you should be good since you got a tracking number for the product.

yea i know men thanx..everytime i called him b4 he would tell me that he would call me when he would get to the store and never call,,or no answer on email or phone..but yea hopefully now he is sending ,my pistons......

yea i know what u mean,,my girl tells me da same thing..lol...but dam i buy alot of things online especially ebay..i guess next time that i receive something wrong ,,its better to sell then to send it back..o yea and paypal most of the time does not help..they dont care much about getting you your money back..now your bank is the way to go..we filled out some papers for peoples bank and faxed it,,and then in the morning on the next day we had a deposit of $50..so f##k paypal...if u go through anything like this go to your bank 1st.........

haha yea my gurl tells me that allll of the time... but she got a point cuz i bought things that i hadda go through this whole thing like you did to get in contact with the seller... but yea i dont use my pay pal account anymore i stick with my bank first so like wut u said f**k Pal Pal!!!
