this morning my sister got up to a rude awakeing that her 86 pontiac 6000 was stolen from her apartment building in the hartfords southend. car was found by hartford pd couple hours later with minor damage. surveilance cameras see a white tow truck unmarked with dark limo tints and a black bubble with limo tints at the scene. passenger of the bubble looked inside of the car and 2 seconds later the tow truck took off with it.... found it behind coronas on ledyard street in hartford. they took her plates and registration of the car.... letting members know to look out for this. pd investigation going on. they have the tape and license plate to both vehicles...
