the reason they dont strip the car right away and let it sit is to see if the car is reported and if it gets taken right away by police , if it sits and no one comes for it kiss it good bye ,thats how they work . they usually park it near by there house or shop and watch , and i know this because i worked with a 5 \time car felon, just dumb shit lolComment
