There was this guy on a Honda forum who set up an EM1 shell decoy to be "stolen" out side his house. He hooked up a car battery to the door handle so that if anyone tried to steal the car, it would electrocute them (no lethal).

luckily you got the car back with nothing crazy missing or the car damaged beyond repair...
it sucks it happened but least you got it back and can still keep the memories going the swap and seats are replaceable the hard work and memory can still live on through the shell
