if they found it in a regular street they prob stirpped it a few houses up and pushed it down da street cuz think about it why would they tow ,pull it ,or what ever to a normal street. if they hauling the striped chell they could take it to a deserted area and if it was a chop shopthey would of cut the car in pieces and not risk getting caugth by towing it somewhere just a thougth check around the area u found it at u migth find the rest of it
