Stolen black ej w/ct plates found in hartford

Theres a black ej coupe with CT plates in front of my boy's crib in Hartford. I believe the car has been there since sunday may 23 and it hasn't been taken since. My boy's neighbor called the cops they came down looked at it and walked away. Hartford cops will let it sit there untill they feel like it and the tow fees will be up the ass before anybody gets a call trust. The car sits pretty low, is on donuts and has a rear quarter glass busted in. Front bumper and fenders are gone as well as the front seats and radio. Let me know if it's yours or somebody you know. Forgot to mention looks like it also had yellow EK square fogs one of them is busted and hanging. THIEFS
