Thats the only way you will be able to get it, the police will not help you since it wont be such a big concern for them. Court system FTW.. And may I ask how was it in another person's hands? Strip the car somewhere else, rent out a garage off craigslist or w.e for like $100 a month, use it for 1 month, and rob his car, bring it to that garage, strip the car, rent a dolly, roll the car off somewhere, leave it there, or be kind and return the shell to where you found it lol
