guys that has NOTHING to do with us that cali smog rules. you cant do many swaps because it dont meet C.A.R.B standards and unless you have a CARB sticker for the swap or aftermarket parts they will do that to you over there,

in ct we have fucked up emission but it is pretty easy to make cars pass here they really dont care waht motor we have in our cars as long as it meet there emissions standards.

See his biggest problem is that he has a B20 motor. If he would have had a Ls, GSR or B16 in there he woulda been ok, still woulda had to go emissions bu wouldnt have had to swap the motor.

B20 motors are considered "truck" motors and your not suppose to put em in a car only trucks. Thats why he has to swap it out for a single or a ls. Ive seen that plenty of times and the reson is like i said because the b20 is considered a "truck" motor since it came on the CRVs. Plus Cali is really strict its prolly illegal here too but the dont give a shit here.

First of all this shit aim out here and second, cops are alot smarter than you think. I know in Hartford they have a whole unit that studies these cars. So yes, they do know the difference.
