  • Stolen Black 95 Civic SI

    **Cars has been found**

Found abandoned in an apartment complex in New Britain. Here is the damage done:

    -Hood is gone
    -Front bumper is gone
    -CD Player is gone
    -Door Panels are gone
    -ECU is gone
-Hatch door with inner tailights are gone
-Drivers side stock corner lens is gone
    -Steering column is broken
-Trunk release cable was cut when they pulled the hatch door.

Other than that, the car is all in tact. I am putting it up for sale if anyone is interested. Check the classifieds shortly for pictures, pricing, and details.

It is honestly very heart breaking for me to see this happen to the car. I got out of the Honda scene a long way back, but always had a love for the EG6 chassis. I found this gem and bought it for my daily driver and purposely kept it stock out of fear of it getting stolen. This car was an immaculate example of the last generation 92-95 SI. Even though the mileage was at 139k when I bought it, the car was in excellent shape. Interior was a 10/10, body was an 8/10 and everything worked great. It did have painted red calipers and a black painted valve cover, but otherwise was bone stock. The car is easily fixable, but after this misfortune I don't have it in me to fix it and chance this happening again.

Much thanks to all the wonderful people in the world who have no regard for anyone but themselves. They truly ruined all the great things about the Honda scene.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well, someone stole my daily driver last night from my house in Plainville. The car was a completely stock 95 SI with 168,xxx miles on the clock. The stock Z6 tranny went so it had a transmission from a Civic HX in it. The car had an Alpine CD player that accepted USB drives and iPod hookup. There was also a set of 14in Miata wheels on the car with worn 195/14 Hankook RS2's. Otherwise the car was completely stock.

    Any information is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    **Edit**
Also, there was a 10in gash/tear in the passenger side sideskirt near the rear quarter panel. A small rust spot on the passenger side rear quarter and a just beginning rust spot on the driver side rear quarter.

Thanks for the kind words guys. It just amazes that people are so desperate that they have to steal a bone stock car with 170k on the clock. The only thing that was not stock was the 14in Miata wheels, which are nothing flashy by any means.
