if it's dipped then there might be water but a good tire/suspension set-up won't have trouble at all, I did bear mountain during a really bad rain storm a year ago against my buddies H23 accord with 2gs in suspension work, and I was still able to loose him and average about 45-55mph on the downhill in the rain...
