stg3 cars don't often make 400whp, usually closer to 340 or so. is it an APR kit or another company's parts?

It is a basically full APR kit, but with the stock intercooler with a forge twin cooler with meth, mixed with a GT3071. The APR stage 3 kit comes with a smaller turbo.

On paper, I should be making well over 400, sadly that's not the case.
