Mine had the fastest all motor(Not swapped) Daily Driven time last season @ E-Town The fastest "DE" I've personally seen, ran 14.5 on cams, simple bolt-ons and a piggyback, and I beat him by .2 at the track and a fender on the street, if you start getting into crazier things like headwork, sheetmetal manifold or ITBs, pistons, etc... then you can talk a lower time, but it also comes down to the driver, I wish I still had my 91 GTi-R swapped with a top mounted custom manifold SC61.... stolen 2 years ago in Queens :-(

It was a flat black 91 SE-R with a pulsar GTi-R swap cammed, tuned, with 660cc injectors, on stock ITBs, and a top mount SC61 boosting 1.3bar(never spent the money to get a new guage in psi when I got it tuned my tuner said I was about 18-19psi on pump gas) I got a pic of it as my avatar on B20vtec under the same username as here...
