well i mean jersey and NY is where u find the most stolen cars so of cars theur cars are gonna be fast.. if u aint gotta pay for shit then u can do more to it lol.. and by no means u run up on 9sec cars on a regular.. i've ran in jersey and trust me .. they have the look and the parts but alotta times the driverrs arent there.. i remmeber being at honda day 2 years ago and most the cars there werent doing nothin that the lil teggy was doing on only 7 pounds. RLA EM2 can vouch for that cuz he had to drive the car for me cuz i aint have my license on me lol
