right click the pic you want to resize the click edit it should bring you to paint shop....

if you use tinypic it will resize it for you if you want. before you upload the pic theres a resize option pick the one that say mesg board/forum

have to use a image hosting site, tinypic, photobucket ect. cant just post links directly from your comp
