The whole thing is that hartford is wreckless, so was new haven, in Waterbury the spot is more secluded, and there is much much less chance of anything happening that would create a problem for general traffic, plus everyone parks AWAY from the actual street....this means that the 5-0 is not as aggressive as they are everywhere else, plus most of the time all they do is turn the lights on and scare everyone off, on a good night, we can be there for 1-2hrs before being bothered..Comment
