OK how ANYONE sees any resemblance at all is beyond me ...

Ryan has chinky lookin eyes, Hermin doesn't, Ryan has bushy eyebrows, Hermins are not (no he doesn't get them done never has they're naturally perfect) Ryan's nose looks like it points up (maybe its just that pic) but Hermins definitly doesn't, hermin has full lips ryan doesn't. Hermin has distinctive cheek bones, ryan doesn't, hermin is tan, ryan is not, hermin stays with a frsh cut, apparently ryan doesn't.

Please, the most they look alike is thier fat necks.
