Turbo OBDII Emissions Help

Looking for some emissions help. Its a 2000 GSR but running OBDI with Neptune. I wish it was as simple as pulling a charge pipe, stock ECU, stock injectors, stock map, and go thru. That is not the case with my car.

I used to be able to get around emissions until this year. If you can assist in anyway please shoot me a PM.

Engine bay has been tucked. No more Evap stuff, running open DP, no more stock o2 sensor wiring, running RD1 display (no more stock cluster).

what year is the vehicle, is the cel light on

Its a 2000 GSR. OBD1 ECU. It will fail instantly.
