Sway bar bolt help!!

Wata up guys I'm doing my shocks on my integra and I can't get the bolt for the sway bar to the lower control arm to thread in, and suggestions please I'm stuck thanks

Is the bolt striped? Or the thread inside? Retap it clean it up

Retap as in rethreading u prlly striped either the bolt or the threads inside

Yea I think the threads inside are stripped, do u know if it's ok to drive with this bolt not in?
