From what I hear he was a great person. There is a story about how he went to a jewelry store and saw a soldier with his fiance looking at wedding rings. They didn't realize how expensive they were so the couldn't afford them. Paul was there and saw them so he went to the manager and told them to put it on his tab. He bought them a $10,000 ring. If that doesnt show you what kind of person he is idk what would. Sucks that he died at a charity event. To make it worse his daughter was there and couldnt help. That has to be the worst feeling ever. RIP Paul Walker. Never really felt the way I do about any other celebrity like I do for him.

car and driver said this car was a nightmare to drive because of the clutch. in traffic the car would either stall or roast the tires. the stig on top gear also lost control during its lap

To the contrary, mid and rear engine cars are more difficult to control. Snap oversteer is a constant nuisance in any kind of transition in a MR or RR chassis.

There is a reason the 911 got the nickname "The Widowmaker".

on the contrary porsche does make some of the best handling cars so much so that they give the drivers a false sense of security that evokes the driver to push it past its limits or more so there limits as a driver and there abilities.

                          It wasn't the car's fault.

It was the operators fault, period.

Had the car been operated in an appropriate manor and at an appropriate speed, the accident would not have been fatal.

How do you know it was the drivers fault? Where you there? They still dont have an idea as to what happened. Yes they were speeding but anything could have happened. Blow out, someone could have cut them off or mechanical failure. Im not saying it wasnt their falut or the cars.

It was the driver's fault because he was doing triple digit speeds in a 45mph zone, on a road lined with fixed objects.

It was the driver's fault because he disregarded his own safety as well as the safety of his passenger and all of the innocent people on that public road.

If there was a mechanical failure at 45mph they would have simply giggled and called a tow truck. If there was a mechanical failure at 100mph, the speed is why it is fatal.

The ONLY factor that made that accident fatal was the speed. No speed, no fatality.

actually you can definitely be killed going 45mph especially if you slide sideways into a pole or a tree like they did.
